The Market Listener Trader is our standard trend following service.

This service combines weekly technical analysis, sentiment analysis, volume analysis and risk calculations into optimized trend trading signals. Our “system” is a discretionary process based on flexible and adaptive mathematical parameters by which we adjust our chart models to fit current market volatility and sentiment. Our chart model includes fast and slow indicators which reveal the trend and tell us when fast reversals are about to impact the latest signal. We will advise you as our system transitions from slow to fast and vice versa. We base our signals on the Nasdaq 100 Index (NDX).
We show you the model chart each week, sentiment charts, extreme ratio charts and most of our other inputs which affect our final decision-making process. You will be able to see what we see and arrive at your own conclusions. We do have some additional proprietary indicators which give us input on the trend’s strength and quality.
This service generates 5-10 trades per year. It is useful for mutual fund and ETF traders who have access to traded products indexed to the Nasdaq 100 or Nasdaq Composite. See our Trading Methods page for more details on how we trade.
